They are tailored to your needs and focus on your specific health and lifestyle goals. Your Health Plan will be designed around you, taking into account your likes and dislikes.

As a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Nutritionist mBANT rCNHC, my approach ensures the application of nutrition and lifestyle medicine sciences in the promotion of health and individual care. I am committed to keeping up to date with the latest research and my continuing professional development (CPD), as required by the British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) code of ethics. To ensure recommendations are based on your unique biological individuality we may decide to use functional tests as part of your care.

03 — Holistic

Together we will consider not only what you eat and drink, when and how you do so, but also your quality of sleep, stress levels, mindset, movement and environment. All of these factors influence not just how well you digest and absorb vital nutrients, but are also crucial factors affecting your overall health and wellbeing.

04 — Sustainable

I believe the key to improving your health is by simple, achievable and sustainable changes. Small but consistent changes have the biggest impact on our health, overall wellbeing and successful behaviour change over time. My approach will focus on empowering you, so that you learn what you need to know to take back control of your own health and wellbeing.
